some Frank Frazetta artwork in black and white.

although he is known for his painted work, it is my opinion that black and white sketches and prelims are where Frank Frazetta really showed his talents. his early EC Covers were also excellent, because they started as black and white pieces which he then applied watercolors to after composing his desired imagery.

Frazetta was a good painter, but he was a fantastic sketch artist.
